Katie Pink
Drama Teacher
Katie has worked in youth
theatre for the past 14
years. She has worked with
children of all ages and
abilities and teaches drama
in mainstream education.
She has worked with small
theatre groups and in
conjunction with larger
establishments such as the
National Youth Theatre.
Maria Brashier
Singing teacher
Maria graduated from the Academy
of Contemporary Music with a 1st
Class Honors degree in vocal
performance in 2011. Performing in
numerous dance shows, theatre
productions and bands from a young
age she began to focus on singing
from the age of 14. Since then she
has been writing, recording and
performing her own music as well as
regularly performing with
professional events bands and
ensembles. She has also organised
many music events and worked with
music festivals. She has taught with
Surrey Singing School, and now
works with Berkshire Young
Musicians Trust, Queen Mary’s
College in Basingstoke, as well as
individual vocal coaching to students
of all ages.
Abigail Williams
Dance Consultant and Visiting
Teacher
Since completing her training in
musical theatre at Elmhurst School
For Dance Abigail has taught for many
organisations including Stagecoach,
Gremlin Dance (street jazz youth
classes), Boppin (Surrey and
Hampshire dance and movement
classes), June White Academy in Fleet,
Rhythm Central in Basingstoke,
Hampton Hill Theatre School and Leal
School of Dance in Rickmansworth
She has performed worldwide with
'Spirit of the Dance', 'Spirit of
Broadway' and 'Spirit of Christmas'
and was Company Manager for tours
in 2006 and 2007. Abigail has just
finished performing on the UK tour of
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
She has also appeared at the Royal
Albert Hall in 'Carmen' and sung in
front of 3000 people at the Odyssey
Arena, Belfast in the Irish musical 'On
Eagle's Wing'.
Modelling work includes Pimms
adverts and hair shows at Salon
International, UK Hair Congress and
The Alternative Hair Show. TV credits
include Little Britain and the role of
Sophia Grey in 'Sense and Sensibility'.

Jenny Abbott
Teacher and Principal
Since completing her degree in
Education and Music Jenny has
taught in a variety of primary
and infants schools both here
and overseas and is currently
teaching at Chawton School.
She has appeared in numerous
musicals and other stage
shows and has directed and
choreographed many
productions performed by
children aged 3 to 11.
Jenny has also founded and
run a children’s music school,
organised countless large scale
musical events and was a
member of the committee and
the infant coordinator for the
Farnham Festival.
She also teaches flute for
which she has a teaching
diploma (LTCM) from the
Trinity College of Music.
